About porrorchor
Born in September 9, 1999 at 07:32 o'clock in Bangkok, Peerachai Pasutan was nicknamed "Kao", meaning nine, by his parents. Having witnessed the family's financial struggles during the first ten years of his life, he has been taught to be hard-working, patient and sympathetic to the folks around him. Although he later learnt that sometimes caring could be exhausting if given to wrong people, he still cares (which you might understand more in his memoire Days of Being Kao). He lived a teenage life like other Bangkokian middle-class kids: going to a public school, hanging around with friends in air-conditioned malls, taking extra tutorial courses for university entrance exams and eventually attending to a prestige university in the heart of Bangkok. He never thought that studying French would bring him big opportunities in life: first it was an intern-turned-freelance journalist job; second a Master's degree scholarship in European literature supported by the Erasmus+ program. He is interested in creative writing, entertainment industry, international affairs, cultures, languages and, most importantly, gastronomy. He also likes running, cycling, traveling, reading, watching movies in cinemas, observing things in solitude. The last two hobbies of his might explain his love to some Wong Kar-wai's films. Having worked as a content creator for some time, he decided to create his own website to publish (personal) works and photos. He can write anything you hire him to (his dream is to become a screenwriter, and he has taken some courses in theater and TV writing during his bachelor's). He "knows" five languages: Thai, English, French, Greek and a bit of Spanish. You can call him 'Peerachai', 'Kao', 'P' (only his mother calls him this way), 'Pete' (he prefers foreigners to call him so) or his pen name 'porrorchor' that derives from the first letter of each syllable in his name. He welcomes and humbly thanks everyone who visits this space of his.
